Suministramos Trucha Arcoíris Fresca y Ahumada a restaurantes, hoteles, distribuidores y tiendas especializadas que valoran la calidad, la trazabilidad y el trabajo responsable.
Nuestros productos provienen de truchas criadas en las puras aguas del Lago Ranco, sin antibióticos ni vacunas, y procesadas bajo estrictos estándares sanitarios.
Todos los filetes se presentan en formato “mariposa”, con un proceso de extracción de espinas realizado completamente a mano, asegurando una textura limpia y natural.
Cada pieza es el resultado de un trabajo artesanal y 100% local, hecho por manos del territorio y sin uso de maquinaria industrial.
Además, realizamos pedidos especiales y formatos personalizados,
adaptándonos a las necesidades de cada cliente mayorista.
Pedidos mínimos:
- Trucha fresca: 10 kg
- Trucha ahumada: 5 kg
